• All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt via “Chat with us!” button on the main page. We have the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt. • Buyers must provide their own return shipping label. • Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability. • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. • Returned items must be sent in with the approval from our team. • Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with us to come to an amicable solution in regards to their purchase.
